Distribution Agreement

1. PAYMENT FIRST

Your placement fee must be paid in full before your submission is accepted. Submissions sent without a completed payment are not reviewed, not placed, and are discarded.

2. NO REMOVALS — NO TAKEDOWNS

Once the mixtape is released, your track will not be removed. BHOA United™ does not perform takedowns or removals of released mixtape tracks — for any reason, at any artist's request. Do not submit unless you are completely certain you want your track on this release permanently.

3. NO AI-GENERATED MUSIC

Your submitted work must be 100% human-created — no AI-generated vocals, beats, melodies, or lyrics, in whole or in part. Submitting AI-generated music is a breach of this agreement, and you accept full responsibility and liability for it.

4. YOUR BEAT MUST BE PAID FOR AND FULLY CLEARED

You warrant that any beat or instrumental in your track is FULLY PAID FOR and fully cleared for worldwide distribution — no unpaid leases, no outstanding producer balances, and no license limits that block this release. If ANY issue arises over your beat — producer claims, unpaid-lease disputes, ownership claims, or claims from any third party — you alone deal with the consequences. BHOA United™ is not responsible and not liable for your beat business — ever.

5. RIGHTS & CREDITS

You warrant that you own, or are fully authorized to submit, both the recording and the composition; that every credit you listed is a true legal name; and that all featured artists and collaborators on the track consent to this submission and release.

6. LICENSE, DISTRIBUTION & PROMOTION

You grant BHOA United™ the right to: place your track on the BHOA 2K26 mixtape series; distribute it worldwide through BHOA United™'s distribution partners, Virgin Music Group and Tuff Gong International, under the Universal Music Group umbrella; play it on BHOA United Radio™; place it on BHOA TV™ on Roku and Amazon Fire TV; if you submit a music video link, broadcast and feature that video on BHOA TV™ (Roku and Amazon Fire TV) and use it in promotion of the mixtape; and promote it across BHOA United™'s channels and social media, using your artist name, likeness, and artwork. Once your track or video has been released or aired, it will not be taken down (see Section 2).

7. QUALITY & SELECTION

HD .wav only. BHOA United™ may decline any submission that does not meet its quality or content standards, and submission does not guarantee placement. Every paid song is reviewed — if yours is not selected for the tape, you are refunded minus the $25 review fee.

8. YOU KEEP YOUR OWNERSHIP

You keep ownership of your master recording and your composition. This agreement gives BHOA United™ a license to release and promote your track as described above — not ownership of your work.

9. INDEMNITY

You are responsible for any and all claims arising from your track — including uncleared samples and rights disputes — and you agree to indemnify and hold BHOA United™ harmless from them.

By submitting, you confirm the song is 100% human-made, your beat is fully paid for and cleared, and you understand released mixtape tracks are never taken down.
